WILLOW CREEK MANOR

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  

This application is a resubmittal of the approved 2007 Willows Creek Manor Major Preliminary Subdivision that expired on March 10, 2017. To complete the project, the applicant is proposing a 5-phase major subdivision of 44.62 acres into 128 detached single-family lots residential lots.  The projects net density is 4.73 units/acre and the average lot size for the entire project is 9,176 sq. feet.  The site will be served by city water and sanitary sewer and will be accessed from the west via Broadmoor Street and from the south via future public road Carisbrooke Avenue connecting to West Sequim Bay Road.  City utilities are already in place for phase “B” due to development of the initial Willows Creek Manor preliminary major subdivision and final plat which ultimately expired in March 2017.

LOCATION:  

Immediately east of Broadmoor Street, north of W. Sequim Bay Road and immediately NW of Washington Harbor Road (Sec. 21, TNSP 30, R3W,WM).

PENINSULA TAP ROOM CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILE NO:  CUP17-001

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  

The applicant is proposing a bar/tavern called the “Peninsula Tap Room” that will serve beer, wine and cider.  No on site food preparation is proposed at this time.  The Sequim Municipal Code (SMC) requires a Conditional Use Permit for all bar/taverns per SMC 18.57.020.B.
