Utility Box Vinyl Wrap Project
Utility Box Vinyl Wrap Project
As part of the Sequim Centennial Celebration, the Centennial Committee is looking for sponsors and seeking to commission artists to produce art to be displayed on traffic utility boxes in the city. The project is about celebrating the people, places, commerce and sense of community that make up the City of Sequim and the Sequim-Dungeness Valley. Each wrap must tell a story in picture and words. Themes may include the native peoples, the white settlers, icons of the natural and built environments, defining local natural and human events, prominent people who have made significant contributions to the city and culture, and impacts locally of national and global events.

The artist for each Vinyl Wrap will be compensated $500 upon the satisfactory submittal of the final artwork to the provided specifications.

We have completed three utility boxes, and we are hoping to add more throughout the City.  Final artwork will be installed as sponsors are confirmed for selected work.

Interested sponsors please contact Barbara Hanna at 681-3422 or
