November 3 - 7, 2014
sidewalk grading
Grading begins for the sidewalk along Cedar Street.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following this week:

1) Continue wall framing on the first and second floors
2) Rough-in on first floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3) Installation of metal roofing and membrane roofing
4) Excavation and grading of sidewalks and parking lot areas

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

November 10 - 14, 2014
exterior sheathing
Crews work to enclose the exterior of the building.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following this week:

1) Putting up exterior sheathing, weather barrier, and rigid insulation
2) Continue framing on first and second floor
3) Rough in on first floor for mechanical and electrical systems
4) Installation of metal roofing and membrane roofing
5) Excavation and grading of sidewalks and parking lot areas as well as installing sub-base rock for parking lot

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

November 17 - 21, 2014
crews work early in the am
Construction crews work early in the morning to enclose the building.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1)  Wall framing on the first and second floor continues
2)  Rough-in on first floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3)  Installation of membrane roofing
4)  Exterior air barrier and sheet metal work
5)  Installing sub-base rock and asphalt paving for parking lot

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

November 24 - 26, 2014
interior framing continues
Crews work on framing the Civic Center lobby.
The Lydig Construction crew will work a short week due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but will be working on:

1)  Continued wall framing on the first and second floor
2)  Rough-in on first floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3)  Installation of metal roofing and membrane roofing
4)  Exterior air barrier and sheet metal work

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.
