Council chambers ceiling
The wooden ceiling is installed in the new City Council Chambers.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1)  Installation of light fixtures, fire alarms, security and diffusers on the first and second floor
2)  Installation of wood ceilings in the lobby and council chambers
3)  Installation of plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms
4)  Installation of casework on the first and second floors
5)  Installation of elevator
6)  Excavation and installation of utilities for plaza enhancement work
7)  Pouring sidewalks and curbs

The alley will remain closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

April 13 - 17, 2015
entry concrete
Crews install the concrete at the main entrance of the building.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1)  Installation of light fixtures, fire alarms, security and diffusers on first and second floors
2)  Installation of wood ceilings in exterior soffits
3)  Installation of plumbing fixtures in bathrooms
4)  Installation of casework on first and second floor
5)  Excavation and installation of electrical conduit for plaza enhancement work
6)  Pouring sidewalks and curbs and grading for asphalt pavement
7) Starting HVAC equipment and pre-testing of systems

The alley will remain closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

April 20 - 24, 2015
council dias
The dias is installed in the City Council Chambers.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Installation of light fixtures, fire alarm, security and diffusers on the first and second floors
2) Installation of wood ceilings in exterior soffits
3) Installation of plumbing fixtures in bathrooms
4) Installation of casework on first and second floors including the City Council dias
5) Installation of exterior tiles
6) Excavation and installation of electrical conduit for plaza enhancement work
7) Pouring sidewalks and curbs and grading for asphalt pavement
8) Starting HVAC equipment and pre-testing of systems
9) Cubicles and office furniture installation

The alley will remain closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.
