In the summer of 2011, the City of Sequim conducted a customer satisfaction survey to help determine how satisfied Sequim citizens are with the level of service they receive from the city and what they feel are the top priorities for the future. The survey results will be used by the Sequim City Council and city staff to establish future priorities.
