Jamestown S'Klallam Medication-Assisted Treatment Clinic Appeals
OPEN RECORD HEARING: The City of Sequim Hearing Examiner Pro Tem, Phil Olbrechts, will hear six administrative appeals from four appellants regarding the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe's proposed Medication-Assisted Treatment Clinic. The hearing will be conducted pursuant to Sequim Municipal Code Chapter 2.10 and the Rules of Procedure established by Mr. Olbrechts.
DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION: The three-day hearing will be held Monday, September 28 through Wednesday, September 30, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day and will be conducted virtually due to public health concerns arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Instructions on how the public may attend the hearing are below.

RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS: Hearing Examiner Olbrechts has established Rules of Procedure to participate in the hearing. No testimony or public comment will be allowed on matters outside the scope of the proceedings. The issues on appeal are: 1) Permit Review Classification; 2) Use Designation; 3)Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) Insufficient; and 4) MDNS Overly Restrictive.

Written and oral comments from the public will be accepted if they directly relate to the issues on appeal. Oral comments must occur at designated times during the hearing and will be limited to three minutes per person (see instructions below). Written comments are limited to one page or a 500 word email and must be received by 5:00 pm Thursday, September 24th and have "Jamestown S'Klallam Clinic Public Hearing" in the subject line.
