[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Information Boards and Kiosks in City of Sequim

COVID-19 Information Board

The Emergency Coordination Center in Sequim has established and is continuing to update information boards distributed around the greater Sequim area.  Members of the public can find public notices and information regarding the virus, how to obtain services, and how to give during this event.  Volunteers from the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) are supporting this effort.  The information boards have been placed in locations that provide essential services or are in places where exercise with appropriate social distancing may be taking place.  

Information is being posted on the following Neighborhood Kiosks:

  • West Sequim Bay Road east of Fairweather
  • 3rd and Hemlock at the City Shop property
  • 5th and McCurdy
  • On West Bracket Road
  • Miller Road in front of the storm water pond
  • Sequim-Dungeness Way in Rock Plaza

Additional Information Boards in Sequim have been established at:

  • East and West end of Carrie Blake Park   
  • Centennial Place    
  • Jamestown Health Clinic    
  • The Co-op    
  • Safeway  
  •  Costco  
  • Home Depot
  • QFC
  • Walmart

The Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) is a combined effort of the City of Sequim, the Sequim School District, and Clallam County Fire District 3.  The ECC is working in support of the Clallam County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) under the Clallam County Emergency Management Plan, and is activated to serve the Operational Area from Deer Park Road to the Eastern Clallam County Boundary.  Clallam County District 3 also serves the community of Gardiner and areas on the east end of Jefferson County.
