The Sequim Civic Center, located at 152 W. Cedar Street, will open to the public for limited in-person appointments beginning Monday, April 12. In-person appointments will be available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. to accommodate additional cleaning procedures. The City will continue to evaluate procedures and may make additional adjustments in the future based on the Governor’s Healthy Washington phasing plan.

The Sequim Civic Center will continue to have reduced staff in the building. Members of the public are encouraged to limit visits to the Civic Center and continue to conduct business remotely by phone or via the internet whenever possible.
The Civic Center doors will remain locked until further notice. The staff member you are meeting with will meet you at the east entrance to the Civic Center facing the Community Plaza. Face masks are required for all in-person appointments. You will also be required to take your temperature, verify that you have no COVID-19 symptoms, complete a sign-in and out log, and sanitize your hands upon entering the building. Those who are unable or unwilling to follow these requirements will be asked to come back another day when they are able to comply.
A separate news release will be issued when the City is ready to begin having in-person attendance at public meetings.
Residents are still encouraged to continue to pay their utility bills remotely. The options include:
o Pay by Phone - Dial 1-844-855-0109. Please have your account number and payment method ready. Be sure to enter all numbers of your account number, excluding the period, and including the number after the period.
o Pay Online—Visit https://www.sequimwa.gov/642/View-or-Pay-your-Bill.
o Use the Utility Bill Pay Box—One is located outside the main entrance to the Sequim Civic Center, 152 W. Cedar Street. The other is a drive-up option and is on the east side of the public parking lot off Sequim Avenue.
o Mail your Payment—Send to City of Sequim, Utility Bill Pay, PO Box 1087, Sequim, WA 98382.
