The Sequim Sunshine Festival, March 3 & 4, will once again feature an illuminated drone show produced by Firefly Drone Shows and sponsored by Sound Community Bank. The show will take place on Saturday, March 4 at 7:00 p.m. and will feature 200 drones, twice the number of drones as previous displays in Sequim, courtesy of Firefly Drone Shows.
“The team at Firefly couldn’t be more excited to be back for 2023. We always enjoy our visits to Sequim and our time spent with the community. We appreciate all the support from the City of Sequim and Sound Community Bank this year, and in years past. It is our pleasure to bring out 200 choreographed drones for the Sunshine Festival and we look forward to sharing this experience with the city,” said Ryan Sigmon, Co-Founder Firefly Drone Shows.”
The drone show will launch from south of Carrie Blake Park and will fly approximately 400 feet in the air. The show is best viewed from a distance and will be visible from the park.
KSQM FM 91.5 Radio will live broadcast music for the drone show. If you are not within hearing distance of the speaker you can tune to the radio station on your cell phone or from your car.
