Volunteer garden manager of the Terrace Gardens at the Water Reuse Site, Lee Bowen will demonstrate how to dig, divide, and store dahlia tubers at the Water Reuse Interpretive Center, 500 N. Blake Avenue, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The demonstration will take place outside and attendees are advised to dress for cold and potential wet weather.
