City of Sequim Public Works employee Clint Rushton retired on November 22 after 33 years of service to the citizens of Sequim.
Rushton began his work with the City on August 1, 1984 as a caretaker of parks and facilities and worked as a meter reader. In 1996, Rushton drove the city garbage truck. He began working on the sewer crew in 2004, and served primarily in that capacity until his retirement.
“The City was fortunate to be able to tap into Clint’s many years of experience covering all aspects of Public Works. We want to thank him for his service and we wish him a happy retirement,” said Public Works Director David Garlington.
