[ARCHIVED] Music and Movie in the Park Sponsors Needed

The City of Sequim is seeking community partners to sponsor the 2012 Music and Movies in the Park series.

The series takes place at the James Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. The music starts at 6:00 p.m.; movies are shown at dusk after three of the concerts. The goal is to run the program from late June through early September. The three movie dates have not yet been determined.

Sponsorship opportunities include:
• One music concert and movie event $3,000
• One movie event $2,600
• One week music concert $400
• Any amount you choose

As an event sponsor the name or business will be announced at each event and will be included in any advertising for the program. Advertising will include newspaper, fliers and inclusion on the City of Sequim website. Sponsors will also be advertised on the big screen prior to the movie. Sponsors donating $300 or more are invited to display a banner or flag at the park during the event.

Donations of any size are accepted and greatly appreciated.

The Music and Movie in the Park series was started in 2006 and is beginning its sixth year. The program is made possible by the generous support of community sponsors. The City of Sequim thanks those who have served as sponsors in the past and is looking forward to continued support this year.
