[ARCHIVED] Annual Spring Clean Up for Sequim City Residents

The City of Sequim will hold its Annual Spring Clean Up program on Friday, April 20 and Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Sequim City Shop located at 169 W. Hemlock.

The program is open to residents of incorporated Sequim only. A “Food for Trash” coupon was included in the April issue of Sequim News, which was mailed in the city’s utility billing on March 30. Residents are asked to bring two cans of food for the food bank along with the coupon to the City Shop. In exchange, the city will take one pick-up load, or approximately one square yard, of trash such as appliances, furniture, tires, etc. in exchange for the food and coupon. Sorry, no refrigerators, freezers, paints or hazardous materials.

Without a “Food for Trash” coupon, the cost is $10.00 for a pickup load, or approximately one square yard, of trash.
