The Sequim City Council is currently seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC). This position must be filled by a representative from a business required to collect lodging tax in the Sequim city limits.
The LTAC consists of four voting members appointed by the City Council. Two members are representatives of businesses required to collect the lodging tax and two members are persons involved in activities authorized to be funded by revenue received from lodging tax funds. This voluntary board meets on a quarterly basis to perform the duties as established by RCW 67.28.1817.
