Only residential decks, platforms, walks and driveways not more than thirty (30") inches above grade and not located over any basement or story below. They still need to be built to the current building code and meet all set backs.

One-story detached accessory structures used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses and similar uses, provided the floor area does not exceed 200 square feet. The structure needs to meet all set backs and be built to the current building code.
