1. Do you accept electronic submittals?

Electronic submittals are encouraged. Submit your complete permit packets to buildingdept@sequimwa.gov.

2. How much do permits cost?

Building permit fees are available here.

3. How long does plan review take?

Generally around 4-6 weeks from the time plan review fees are paid until the plans are approved.

4. How do I request an inspection?

Call the Building Inspection Hotline at (360) 683-4908 ext. 2 and leave a clear message with your name, permit number, site address, the type of inspection you are requesting, and a call back number. To be on the daily routing, inspection requests must be received prior to 7:30 am. There are no inspections performed on Mondays.
