  • Complete the required paperwork, including providing proper identification. 
  • If you are renting, a deposit is required. The deposit varies depending on the service location. 
  • If you are the owner, you can either pay the City a deposit or obtain a Credit Reference/Letter of Credit from a prior utility provider that shows on-time payments for the previous 12 months.
