Single-Family Residence
Effective January 1, 2022, rates for residents within the city limits are as follows:

Water:
 Base Fee: $27.31
 Water Use: $.00950 per cubic foot for first 600 cubic feet
 $.02777 per cubic foot for 601 to 1600 cubic feet
 $.03509 per cubic foot over 1600 cubic feet
 
Example:
 Total Water Consumed = 700 cubic feet:
 Base Fee: $27.31
 Water Used: $8.48 (600 x $.00950) + (100 x .02777)

Water Bill = $35.79

Business (note: rates differ for hotel/motels and RV sites)
Effective January 1, 2022, rates for businesses within the city limits are as follows:

Water:
 Meter-size Base Fee:
 ¾” pipe $34.14
 1” pipe $56.29
 1½” pipe $113.72
 2” pipe $182.00
 3” pipe $341.22

Water Use: $.00950 per cubic foot for first 600 cubic feet
 $.02777 per cubic foot for excess of 600 cubic feet
 
Example:
 Total Water Consumed = 700 cubic feet:
 Base Fee: $56.29 (for a 1" size)
 Water Used: $8.48 (600 x $.00950) + (100 x .02777)
 Water Bill = $64.77
