The City is putting out a call for bids to drill and construct a new production well (Deep Well #4) at the City's Silberhorn Wellfield.  Bid Proposals are to be submitted only on the Proposal Form provided to registered plan- holders who are licensed contractors per RCW Chapter 18.27.
