The appointed Hearing Examiner's role is to assure fairness and due process protection for all involved in the process, and to make land use decisions in an efficient manner and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. No oral decision is made at the hearing; the examiner will review all submitted exhibits and prepare a written report, which includes findings of fact and conclusions of law, within 10 days of the official closing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A proposed Binding Site Plan and Design Review Application; The applicant proposes constructing two 5-unit attached single family residential structures as condominiums or townhomes through the Binding Site Plan process on an undeveloped parcel within an existing Planned Unit Development. The project will undergo Design Review and will be developed in accordance with the Lifestyle District (LD) Zoning regulations as outlined in SMC 18.20.130.

The applicant proposes constructing 8 attached single family residential units as condominiums or townhomes, subject parcels to be developed in accordance with the Lifestyle District (LD) Zoning regulations as outlined in SMC 18.20.130.

SUB-22-001 HENDRICKSON PARK PLAT ALTERATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A proposed final plat alteration to remove the following plat note, “Parcels ‘A’ ‘B-1’ AND ‘B-2’ shall be restricted to professional offices, or medical/dental clinics, as provided at chapter 18.24.030 of the Sequim Municipal Code”. The removal of this plat note will remove the use restriction currently in place and allow the subject parcels to be developed in accordance with the LD Zoning regulations as outlined in SMC 18.20.130.
