No oral decision is made at the hearing; the examiner will review all submitted exhibits and prepare a written report, which includes findings of fact and conclusions of law, within 10 days of the official closing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A proposed Binding Site Plan and Design Review Application; The applicant proposes constructing two 5-unit attached single family residential structures as condominiums or townhomes through the Binding Site Plan process on an undeveloped parcel within an existing Planned Unit Development. The project will undergo Design Review and will be developed in accordance with the Lifestyle District (LD) Zoning regulations as outlined in SMC 18.20.130.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A proposed Binding Site Plan and Design Review application on approved Revised Plat of Phase One of Hendrickson Park, A Planned Unit Development that was approved on August 28, 1996 – altered in 2022. The applicant proposes constructing 8 attached single family residential units as condominiums or townhomes, subject parcels to be developed in accordance with the Lifestyle District (LD) Zoning regulations as outlined in SMC 18.20.130.
