Boards, commissions and committees are currently prohibited from meeting in person due to the risks of COVID-19. The public can listen to meetings by streaming audio online or by telephone. Guidance on how to listen by telephone is listed at the top of each published agenda. Currently an open public comment period is not available. Public comment can be sent sent by email to the City Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org, and will be distributed to the appropriate board, commission or committee.
